Cohorts stay deliberately small, so trust has room to form and every member's presence genuinely matters. Sessions are guided conversation, not a lecture or a support group — built around a single topic, with everyone expected to take part.

What we collect. When you apply for a cohort, express interest in volunteering, or reach out about a partnership, we collect the information you submit directly — such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your responses to the questions on that form.
How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your submission — for example, to follow up about a cohort application, coordinate volunteer opportunities, or discuss a potential partnership. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services. Our forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, which receives your submission in order to deliver it to us. We do not control Formspree's own data practices beyond this use; you can review their policy directly at formspree.io.
Data retention. We retain submitted information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you submitted it — for example, for the duration of a cohort cycle or an ongoing partnership conversation — and remove it when it's no longer needed.
Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete information you've submitted at any time by contacting us using the link below.
